Today is Day 4 in shanghai… =D ITs Snowing !!!!…

Although not big, at least i have SEEN snow liao!!! haha.. 1st time in my life that i see snow leh .. haha.. Small small litte snow freckles >> look abit like dandruff LOL haha

Oh… Yesterday i went for a shopping “orientation”with my colleague who has just reach Shanghai. We bought a set of winter clothings here. IT was dirt cheap as compare to Singapore leh. Back home, $80 can only  buy 1 PIECE of winter wear but here S$80 can buy 1 set (shirt, pants, gloves, jacket and socks) leh!!! haha

Yesterday was Day 0 of my school exchange trip to shanghai. The ave temp is around 6 degree Celsius  !!

Had to wear long john + jacket to sleep leh.. *brrrrr*

All meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) were provided in the hostel, but while we were out in the supermark (to buy our daily accessorizes) me and my colleagues decided to sacrifice ABIT of our time to eat some local dishes hehe.

We tried out a cheap set meal >> beef noodle + dumplings. The wait was abit long.. but worth it leh haha. 2 bowls of noodles + 30 dumplings!!!!.. OMG .. so much dumpling for a S$5 set meal.. Power leh..

Freezing weather + HOT noodl and dumpling = God like happiness haha

The side effect of good meal>> have to buy some of our accessories next time haha.

Day 1 in shanghai is a cold and rainy one. Rained from 6am till now 11pm.. COLD rain some more…Last nite, 6 degree temp only happened at night.. But i think today, because of the rain, its 6 degree for WHOLE DAY leh.. haha

All the rain rain comes and finally, its dinner time and there is a welcoming dinner by the High school …The dinner was at their local canteen.. BUT the spread was GOOD and the taste is GOOD too..Its a LONG stretch of food =D~ A day in the rain and ends off with a GOOD meal>> its WORTH IT haha.

Oh.. after dinner time, we made a short trip to another super market with the students again. this is because some of the students could not get all their accessories during the 1st trip.

During our shopping, i came across the “cooked food” section of the supermarket. There was so many THINGS!!! Some of them arent available in Spore haha..

They look super yummy but i dont dare to try.. Scared that i cant get used to the food and tio lao sai haha…BEtter be safe than sorry..

Yesterday night went to meet up with my NIE frens.

Although not everyone can turn, but at least some of us still try to meet up at least once a year.

Till yesterdays, this is our 3rd anniversary liao hahaha

Good to see everyone again..

Everyone of us has changed liao.. One way or another leh.. But its good that we are still friends after these years =D

We mentioned about a christmas outing… Hope to see everyone again during Christmas season=D

Sianz… a plate of carrot cake changed my “hidout” for these few days leh.

Went to Old Airport road market to eat lunch on Monday => ordered a plate of carrot cake for myself. My fren ate a few mouthfuls while i have the whole plate….

In the end, my fren visited the toilet 5 times while i visited the toilet 21 times on from 7pm to 5am leh….KNS -_-|||

Till now, thurs liao… i still going to toilet leh.. not as frequent as Monday and Tuesday. BUT seriously, i think when i am making my way to school on Tuesday, i really can feel that my legs are weak leh haha

The O Level is starting tomorrow..

Its going to be an exciting + stressful for all the sec 4s and the teachers..

BUT i do know that every Sec 4s and teachers that i know>> WILL definitely survive and score good grades one!!

Finally…. After 3 months of waiting, we have finally cleared all the paperwork for our resale flat. ==> We have our First HOME leh=D

The progress was quite an eventful one. Both our agent and the seller’s agent are not very good. The way they work really dont reflect much professionalism in them.

Our agent> B4 closing the deal, the serivce was fantastic but ONCE the deal is confirm, the service become worse =(. BUt on the good note, at least the agent still entertain us and get things done on time.. Not bad.

As compare to the seller’s agent, our agent is still much better. The seller’s agent, Shawn from WTG Network Pte Ltd, is horrible and rude>> Always late for our appt and giving us NO or useless answer or advice. He even scolded my agent and the assistant in front of us. The only time that he is on time is when he wants to collect his commission.

Its an eventful turn of event… But i am happy that its OVER LIAO!!!.. haha

1 thing that i learnt from my 1st flat selling activities and i will advice my friends is that

1. If i ever want to buy/sell flat or condo in the future and  see agents from WTG Network Pte Ltd selling>> they give me $5k, i also WILL NOT close deal with them

hehehe last sunday just went to add a new emblem to my back of the car. hehe

Original plan was to fix a “Nissan” emblem that will glow slightly when i brake. Saw this idea on some Honda Jazz car… quite interesting.

Last week one of my friends imported a new emblem. Similar to the Nissan emblem but only MORE stylo haha

So dont wait liao.. Yesterday went down and fix up liao hehe

Went to F1 Race last friday!!!.. it was my 1st time going there. hehe

Quite excited leh. My Best friend got a spare ticket and i was invited hehe

The crowd was not very BIG on Friday night, maybe partly because it was just only practice race.

But nonetheless, i still managed to see some good fast and furious race cars =D

most of them are so fast that my camera cannot even capture the cars clearly loh!! So have to use video liao!!!

It was an eyeopener event for me … Cars racing by at high speed and extreme loud noise. BUT what surprise me most was that, despite the Big Crowd, Loud Noise and stuffy environment, some one can still SLEEP.

Went to visit the Food Fest in Suntec yesterday.

Visiting the Food fest @4th floor of the convection hall feels like walking in Heaven>> everywhere is filled with “clouds” hehe. These lingering clouds really make you SMELL differently haha

As compared to the previous food fest, this year was quite well done!! The smoke was quite well-ventilated >> Within the exhibition hall, it was not so so smoky and stuffy.

This year, the hygiene was handled quite well too. Every 10-15min, you will see the workers coming around to clearing the rubbish.

The food available was so-so.. Nothing catches my eyes or i visited too many food fests liao haha.

However there were quite a few good offers on electrical appliances and facial services (weird things in Food Fest) haha

I took note of the appliances… IN case i need to buy them for my new house hehe

I tried out 1 facial service too!!!=> Candle waxing for the ear and Hand paraffin

These looks “interesting” + the price was super cheap.. so MUST TRY haha

The hand paraffin was an eye opener.. From waxing to removal of wax, it only too 10min leh haha. Plus it was not painful too . haha

As for the candle waxing, it feel quite shiok leh. It was quite relaxing. After putting the wax paper on my ears, i felt that my “Hearing Power” has increased haha
